Your body is a living archive, holding stories and sensations you’ve long forgotten—or tried to ignore. Using principles like Internal Family Systems, Hakomi, Somatic Archaeology, and Polyvagal Theory, this gentle, trauma-informed process helps you reconnect with yourself in a way that goes beyond just movement exercises.
It’s about meeting yourself with curiosity, exploring what your body wants to say and growing your capacity to navigate life’s messy, beautiful complexities with compassion.

Your story matters. It’s how people connect with you, trust you, and see the heart behind what you do. In a world full of noise and manipulation, your story has the power to inspire and create meaningful change—when it’s told with clarity and soul.
Guided by principles of ethical marketing, storytelling, and soul-driven strategy, I help you uncover the truth of what you do and share it in a way you can feel good about—a way that feels genuine, compassionate, deeply human & authentically YOU.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been captivated by the stories we tell—to ourselves, each other, and to the world. Stories shape how we connect, heal, and move forward.
That’s why my work takes two human-first forms, each designed to help you step into alignment and reconnect with your truth, your body, and the world around you.
Because at the end of the day, whether it’s your brand or your body, the way we connect matters. Here's how I can help:
“Bring Me Back My Wild” is my debut collection of poetry and prose thoughtfully penned to comfort you on your path of self-discovery, deep healing, rewilding and renewal. This collection is divided into two sections, each one showcasing self-compassion and sacred wisdom to remind you that we are not as disconnected from ourselves, each other or Mother Earth as we think.
Within these pages are lyrical and introspective musings that touch on various aspects of life, including femininity, womanhood, grief, self-love, healing from trauma, and the transformative power of reconnecting with nature and drawing wisdom from the sacred.
Natalia Violette is a lifelong poet & creative writer who began her own healing journey in 2019, inspired by her battle with cancer. Her words are not only a reflection of her own resilience but also a source of hope and guidance for anyone overcoming their own challenges.
