Guided by principles of Ecopsychology, Deep Ecology, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory & Hakomi, these sessions are about helping you feel more connected to yourself, others, and the earth.
They’re for the moments or phases of life when you find yourself shutting down, numbing out, or carrying waves of overwhelm, fear, or hopelessness. This work also acknowledges the systemic injustices, collective polycrises & personal barriers you may be facing. Rather than bypassing the reality of lived experiences, we meet them with compassion, loosening their grip on the body, mind, and soul.
The process is always gentle, trauma-informed, and goes slowly at the pace of safety to help you grow your capacity to move through life with more steadiness, clarity, and compassion.
Your story is medicine & your brand is its own ecosystem of impact. To make things flow and last, you need marketing that heals, rather than harms.
I help founders and creatives craft content that honors their values, connects deeply with their communities & avoids exploitative, outdated marketing models.
Your story has the power to inspire and create meaningful change—when it’s told with clarity and soul.
Guided by principles of ethical marketing, storytelling, and soul-driven strategy, we'll uncover the truth of what you do and share it ways you can feel good about.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been captivated by the stories we tell ourselves, each other, and the world. Stories shape how we connect, heal, and move forward.
That’s why my work takes two eco-inspired & human-first forms, each designed to help you step into alignment and reconnect with your truth, body, and the world around you.
Because at the end of the day, whether it’s your brand or your body, the way we connect matters. Here's how I can help:
“Bring Me Back My Wild” is my debut collection of poetry and prose thoughtfully penned to comfort you on your path of self-discovery, deep healing, rewilding and renewal. This collection is divided into two sections, each one showcasing self-compassion and sacred wisdom to remind you that we are not as disconnected from ourselves, each other or Mother Earth as we think.
Within these pages are lyrical and introspective musings that touch on various aspects of life, including femininity, womanhood, grief, self-love, healing from trauma, and the transformative power of reconnecting with nature and drawing wisdom from the sacred.
