You deserve a body that feels like home

WHOLISTIC CANCER, SURVIVORSHIP & SOMATIC SUPPORT

Your body. Your identity. The way you move through the world.
It strips away the things you once knew as comfort, routine, and normalcy—leaving you living in a body that doesn’t feel like yours anymore.

For many women, the hardest part of cancer isn’t just the treatment. It’s what comes after. When the appointments slow down, the people around you assume you’re “better,” and yet—you still feel like a stranger in your own skin.

Because how do you go back to "normal" when everything inside you has changed?

Cancer changes everything

It's NO SECRET...

In 2019, at 28 I sat in that hospital room, staring down a Hodgkin’s lymphoma diagnosis that would rewrite everything I thought I knew about strength, healing, and what it meant to be in my body.

Even after remission, I didn’t know how to move forward. I had survived, but I didn’t feel alive. There was no roadmap for this next chapter, no guide for how to rebuild a relationship with a body that had carried me through hell.

I had to figure it out on my own—and now, I help other women navigate their new normal through somatic (body-based) support, embodied conversation & companionship so they don't have to do it alone.

I know this ache firsthand

It’s about honoring where you are—whether you’re in treatment, remission, or somewhere in between.

Together, we’ll explore:

→ How to navigate life after (or during) cancer in a way that feels true to you

→ What it means to feel at home in your body after everything it’s endured

→ How to process the grief, fear, and identity shifts that come with survivorship

→ The small, steady steps toward rebuilding trust with yourself & your body

This isn’t about pushing through, “bouncing back,” or pretending you’re fine

the heart of this work

It's not even about sound baths or energy healing (although, those things may be helpful to ease discomfort.)

It’s more about the small, everyday moments of noticing, listening, and gently coming home to yourself.

It’s in the way you sip your morning coffee. The way your breath moves when you’re still. The way your body softens when you hear a song you love.

There’s no rushing here. No forcing breakthroughs. Just a compassionate, body-first approach to help you reconnect with yourself.

Somatic work isn't just about movement techniques or breathwork

What somatic healing is & isn't

Cancer takes its toll in ways medicine alone can’t always reach. That’s why this work is rooted in both science and soul—grounded in trauma-informed somatic principles and the healing power of nature, connection, and story.

These sessions are inspired by:

🌿 Polyvagal Theory – Understanding how your nervous system processes safety, connection, and stress after trauma & cancer

🌿 Internal Family Systems (IFS) – A gentle way to explore and heal the parts of you that have been shaped by illness, loss, and survival

🌿 Hakomi & Somatic Archaeology – Using mindfulness and curiosity to reconnect with the deeper layers of your experience

🌿 Nature Therapy & Grounding Practices – Because sometimes, the most healing thing you can do is step outside, feel the earth beneath your feet, and just breathe

Through embodied conversation, gentle noticing, and somatic exploration, we’ll create a safe space for your body to speak and be heard. There is no “right” way to heal—only what feels good, safe, and accessible for you.

A gentle blend of body-based & evidence-based

WHOLISTIC APPROACH TO CANCER CARE

→ The emotional weight of a new diagnosis or active treatment

→ The disorientation of life after cancer—figuring out who you are now

Feeling disconnected from their body after illness, trauma, or medical interventions

→ The grief, fear, or identity shifts that come with survivorship

→ The deep craving for gentle, slow, wholistic support that isn’t clinical or prescriptive

It’s for those who want something beyond talk therapy or medical check-ins. Who want a space where their lived experience is honored, their body is listened to, and their healing unfolds at their own pace.

And if you’ve never felt at home in your body—even before cancer—this work is for you too.

These sessions are for women navigating:

WHO CANCER COMPANION SESSIONs ARE FOR

For years, I lived a story that wasn’t mine. Life demanded everything I had—unresolved traumas, the corporate grind—it all piled up until there was nothing left of me to give. Burnout crept in slowly, then hit all at once, leaving me exhausted, disconnected, and questioning everything I thought I knew about myself.

Then, at 28, I found myself in a hospital room with a cancer diagnosis that shattered any illusion of control I had left. It forced me to stop. To listen. To grieve. Not just the diagnosis, but the loss of the self I once knew. I had to completely reimagine what it means to truly live.

Healing wasn’t linear. It didn’t happen overnight. It came in the quiet moments—the ones where I learned to sit with my body, honor the grief it carried, and rebuild a life that actually felt like mine.

Today, I am six years in remission and bring my background in nursing, psychology, and certification as an Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Practitioner (The Embody Lab) to help women gently move through cancer and understand the deep connection between body, mind, and the stories we hold.

And more than that—I bring my lived experience. I know the loneliness. The uncertainty. The grief of losing the life you thought you’d have, the self you once were. The feeling of standing at the edge of everything, wondering how to move forward when everything has changed.

I do this work so you don’t have to figure it out alone like I had to.

A Note on Scope of Practice: This work is designed to complement—not replace—your existing cancer care. If you are currently in treatment, Embodied Cancer Care serves as a supportive, trauma-informed space alongside your medical team. These sessions do not replace professional healthcare, oncology treatment, or licensed mental health services.

My role is to walk with you, offering somatic, emotional, and wholistic support as you navigate the complexities of cancer and survivorship. If you are in need of clinical mental health care, I encourage you to seek guidance from a licensed therapist or healthcare provider in conjunction with this work.

Your healing is multidimensional, and you deserve a care team that supports you in every way.

Thank you!
