This is a space for embodied relationship in a time of ecological and cultural strain. My thinking is shaped by animism, deep ecology and ecopsychology, meaning: we are not individuals standing apart from nature, but expressions of it. I don't see environmental collapse and personal burnout as separate crises, but as interconnected expressions of disconnection from land, community & our own bodies.
Here, you'll find poetry & essays on nervous system awareness, ecological identity, illness and cancer survivorship, burnout, grief, relational healing, and the more-than-human world.
This space is devoted to thought, integration, and shared reflection to create ongoing conversations about how we live, care, and remain present within a world on fire.
I am not interested in bypassing complexity or offering simplistic solutions. I am here for depth, nuance, context, and practice, and how we can metabolize what we are living through rather than dissociating from it. Healing is ecological & relational, shaped by culture, systems, and land ~ work that extends beyond symptom management toward belonging, responsibility, and embodied presence.
If you are driven by the same, you are welcome here, and I’m honored to share this space with you.
